This file, PCDLIB.DLL, 84448 bytes, 5-5-93, fixes the GPF problems the 
earlier version (PCDLIB.DLL, 83040 bytes, 12-14-92) caused when accessing 
PhotoCD images at the highest (base x 16) resolution.

Please copy the new file into the WINDOWS directory.
